This South African native earned its name from the stunning, white feathered bands that wrap around its deep emerald leaves—looking exactly like the dappled chest of a wild pheasant. It grows in a tight, architectural "V" shape that stays compact and tidy, making it the perfect choice for a sunny windowsill or a desk that needs a bit of grooviness.
