What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Groovy Guarantee.' If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do you ship plants during the winter?
Yes, we ship year-round! We monitor weather patterns across the country and will occasionally hold an order for a few days if extreme temperatures are forecasted to ensure your plant arrives safely.
Are your plants safe for pets?
While many of our plants are pet-friendly, some can be toxic if ingested. We clearly label pet-safe varieties on our website and recommend checking the 'Care & Safety' tab for every plant before purchasing.
Can I get help if my plant starts looking unhealthy?
Absolutely! Our resident plant experts are available via email or chat to help diagnose issues. Just send us a photo of your plant and a brief description of your watering routine.
